WWW WEDNESDAY: READ, READING, WILL READ (6)

wwwwed

Welcome to WWW Wednesday, a meme currently being hosted by Sam @ Taking On A World of Words. It’s a place for you to do a little update on what your reading plans are.

The Three W’s are:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

.  25664279.

1. Frozen Tides by Morgan Rhodes

Finally managed to start this, oh my god. I’m not that far into it, but so far I’m intrigued. There’s the introduction of two very interesting POV characters, and I’m very much looking forward to what is going to happen.

2. Roar by Cora Carmack

Review copy! I’m still at the very very very beginning, but a few things are already standing out to me – both bad and good. The world-building sounds super interesting, but there’s instalove right off the bat. Since I still have a lot to go, I hope both of those things will be developed in a good way.

What did you recently finish reading?

  1. One of Us Is Lying by Karen M. McManus: The Breakfast Club meets Gossip Girl and results in murder! Review here.
  2. An Unseen Attraction by K.J. Charles: Sweet historical romance with diverse characters! Review here.

What do you think you’ll read next?

22840421An Unnatural Vice by K.J. Charles

Review copy! And second installment in the Sins of the Cities series, after An Unseen Attraction. Follows a different couple.

Nathaniel Roy is determined to expose spiritualists who exploit the grief of bereaved and vulnerable people. First on his list is the so-called Seer of London, Justin Lazarus. Nathaniel expects him to be a cheap, heartless fraud. He doesn’t expect to meet a man with a sinful smile and the eyes of a fallen angel—or that a shameless swindler will spark his desires for the first time in years.
